Día 4

Lunes

Liceo de la lengua

Hoy fue un día muy emocionante, todos estábamos listos para el primer día de escuela.  Los maestros de la escuela vinieron a Casa Carmen a recogernos.  Fuimos a la escuela.  Cuando nosotros llegamos, nos presentamos a los maestros por la segunda vez.  Entonces, empezamos a cantar canciones mexicanas muy famosas.  Después de cantar La Bamba y Cielito Lindo, nos separamos en tres clases diferentes.  Esas clases van a ser nuestras clases por los próximos diez días. Cuando llegamos a nuestras clases, empezamos a revisar el material con el cual nosotros tuvimos dificultades.  Después de dos 

horas de clase, ¡empezamos una aventura! Primero, visitamos un mural de las diferentes culturas de México.  ¿Usted sabe que hay 68 diferentes culturas en México?  Finalmente, visitamos una iglesia para observar y tomar un momento de silencio.  Después de una mañana emocionante, era hora de almorzar.  Después de descansar, caminamos al parque con los maestros para jugar al fútbol por dos horas.  Entonces, regresamos para una cena muy buena.

Monday
Today was an exciting day, we were all ready to go because it was our first day of school.  The teachers of the school were going to come pick us up at Casa Carmen.  When they came, we all walked over as a group.  When we got there, we introduced ourselves once again.  Then, we began to sing well-known Mexican songs, La Bamba and Cielito Lindo.  After, we broke up into three classes and these would be our classes for the next ten days.  Once we made it to our classrooms, we began to review the material we had difficulty with at the beginning.  After two hours of class, we all regrouped and headed out on an adventure!  First we visited a beautiful mural that depicted the different Mexican cultures.  

Did you know there are 68 different Mexican cultures?  Then we visited an art museum.  Finally, we went to a church to observe and take a moment of silence.  After an exciting morning, it was time for lunch.  After lunch, we took our daily siesta.  We rested and then left to play soccer with our teachers for two hours.  Then, we made our way back to a great dinner.
